“Now that I know how to use the software it is very easy to import my data and create EFT Files. I really like the Email feature and it has saved me a lot of time.”

“The only reason it is not 5 out of 5 excellent is the details for credits are not included in remittance advice emails. This requires manual bill payment stubs to be sent if taking multiple credits. If this issue can be resolved then everything would work great.”

“The program works well, however it would be great if once you downloaded your QBO payments you could manually add more within the same upload for the bank. Our bank charges per batch and also by transaction, so it would be nice if it could all be processed in one.”

“Two suggestions for improvement. First - when multiple items are selected, the software currently gives a sum of those numbers at the bottom of the window. It would be helpful to also give a COUNT. That would sometimes help to identify variances between GL & bank. Second: make reporting a little more user friendly and intuitive. For example, pulling a current month MATCHED ITEMS report does not show carryover items from the prior month that matched in the current month. That's not very useful.”

“Well, I have only been using it a few weeks so I really am just getting the feel of it. So far, things have been going ok but there are some things I am having issues with, and will be getting in touch with support to help in those areas. I was also hoping for more automation possibilities and will also ask about those as my project progresses. Otherwise, it works smoothly and is doing its job!”
