“The Row Margaux 12 I received was not authentic. It was shipped from Hong Kong which kind of made me suspicious of its authenticity. I owned a Margaux 10 so I'm familiar with the bag, but it was a good copied though. Return was easy but had to paid $100 USD for return shipping which was not refundable(cost for my lesson). Took a week to receive my refund. Bad experience but a good lesson for buying virtually.”
“The Row bag I ordered from them seemed somewhat odd, so I sent pictures of the item to The Row HQ and they confirmed the bag was never made by them. The details of the bag did not match the original specifications , and The Row claims that they have not made any with such color and detail. However Trove still insisted that the bag was authentic.The site seems legit but the items they sell is questionable . I returned the item but up to you to decide .”
