“sent a pump back for warranty as is not 6 months old, said it's not working, that's what I knew won't replace it under warranty, advised on another pump bought and is not up to the job don't touch this company at any cost as all they are after is your money, top price for inferior goods”

“I ordered and paid for 2 puddle pumps to be delivered pre 9.30 (an extra £40) they did not arrive and when I ring I was informed that my application for an account was been processed. I noted that I had paid via credit card and nobody explained about the application process. Subsequently I had to pay 2 electricians on site and organise for a return visit. Circa £800.00 cost to my business. Very poor communication”
