Rubbish tracking Damaged goods Missing parcels Supplier sent replacements and they didn't arrive when scheduled. Job now stood waiting for alternative from a different supplier whilst I have to fight for a refund. Won't use any supplier who delivers via Tuffnells or any of the Shift group

Was advised by company that if bikes had not been collected after 14 days I would get a refund.

I was then promised a collection the following week and again stayed in all day and again the driver ran out of time! Because I was returning goods and had a short window for refund I had to cancel the collection and pay a lot more for next day collection from UPS.

Lost my matress, keeps saying it's on its way but its sat in England for over 1 week after due date, not moving, cant get refund as it was "sent". Can't get an answer from tuffnells. So bad.

The parcel Size approx 4m x 25 cm x 25 cm is an awning/ blind I I am returning it for a refund .

answer WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER The parcel is a return blind and until the shop receives the parcel I will not get my refund.

Due for my delivery last Friday nothing was told today nothing now 3 days late and nothing being told it's out for delivery yet nothing truly shocking and requesting a refund on my items and i will be telling the seller why blame the courier they picked !!
