“I went into the tui store on Acorn Walk in Central Milton keynes to sort out some travel insurance for a trip that had already been booked, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The Lovely young lady, Georgia, who dealt with my query sorted out the insurance purchase really efficiently and was also kind enough to print out my ticket for me when I mentioned that I like to have a print- out available. Mny thanks! If I book a future holiday it will certainly be with tui and I'll recommend them to other people. Customer service really does matter!”
