“Reaction time was outstanding. Problem (in photo uploading) was satisfying solved. Extra good that you can communicate via themails and not only be sent back to system. Nevertheless the reason for the problem was not pointed out and this prolongs theprocess. I assume that you accept in the attachements only JPG-files what is also not pointed out in the process, the help via service andthe sysem explaining in the start what is a really lack in efficieny”
