I sent off a marriage certificate to be apostilled. Having paid an additional £58 for expedited service I was told that I would receive it via Royal Mail special delivery. In actual fact, due to their incompetence it was sent recorded delivery, so I have no way of tracking until delivery.
One week later and needing the document tomorrow it has still not arrived.
The advisors are rude at best and I have been offered nothing in the way of a refund
I would not recommend this amateurish company at all
