Great job done fast but the wrong screen. transit with no rear screen doesnt need a mirror holder !

Sub contracted work out had to wait a month after being cancelled 3times due to so called weather good job my windscreen wasn’t fully out but fitter’s did a good job when they eventually did the job

Good evening Mr Kinsey, Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback - good or bad. We'd just like to clear a few points up regarding your feedback. Firstly, the appointment was only booked with ourselves 2 weeks ago. We are sorry if you had this issue prior to booking with us. However, to make a claim that you had to wait a month when you only booked 2 weeks ago (21st January at 9:08AM) is incorrect. Secondly, as per all of our recent communications, adverse weather can impact appointments and result in re-scheduling. Unfortunately, the UK has seen the wettest start to the year on record, this is impacting jobs due to us being unable to carry out bonded glass replacements in wet weather. We can't risk the adhesive not curing and leaving the glass in a dangerous position. We are sorry that you weren't happy with the appointment being re-scheduled due to this, but this is fully in line with our terms & conditions. We're sure you would much prefer a safe and secure installation, than one which will work loose due to the adhesive not curing correctly. Thirdly, you mention the appointment being re-scheduled 3 times. We can only see a record of 2 re-schedules. The first being due to the weather, the second due to you not attending the scheduled appointment at our technicians depot on Saturday 31st January. Unfortunately, we can't be held liable if you fail to attend the appointment and it is unfair of you to make false claims in your review. As mentioned previously, we appreciate all feedback - good or bad. But if a customer provides a false record of events, we will do our utmost to provide clear and concise responses, as these can cause harm to our business.
