About Ultrimax:

Our story began in 1973 in Doncaster, when founder Donald Hoare started selling cellulose paint and panels from his family garage. Over the decades, Ultrimax has built strong partnerships with leading brands like Mirka, Jotun, Sayerlack, Iwata, and Wagner. Alongside these trusted names, we’ve proudly developed our own range of high-quality Ultrimax products, known for their reliability and performance.

In 2023, we expanded our team and are excited to now bring the same trusted brands and services to Ireland. With a depot in Antrim, Northern Ireland, and a regional office in Dublin, we’re fully equipped to support customers across the Republic of Ireland. With over 50 years of industry expertise, Ultrimax has grown into a respected brand, committed to enhancing paint shop support throughout the UK and Ireland.

“Although i cannot complain about the product itself, as i have used ultrimax for many years, but the delivery was a poor experience this time due to Dachser not being able to find me, then putting the redelivery off, so i ended up having to go to there depot to collect, which was an experience in itself. Also costing me half a day in lost production. No fault of Ultrimax coatings.”

“Recently order Sayerlack prime and Sayerlack tinted colour, Valspar colour , I was told that there was a mix up with Valspar not taking the tinted order and processing? So waited for a week and no delivery, which my client was not to pleased with, hopefully , I was told this should be with me Tuesday, day after the bank holiday, fingers crossed 🤞, I may consider choosing another supplier unfortunately.”

“Easy ordering process, they even gave me a curtiosy call to check my order was correct becasue I had ordered twice but for differnet delivery address which was correct but so pleased they took the time to check, other companies would just want the money and not concider the customer”
