“Easy to use and I felt there is strong oversight on the site. The only think I'd like to see is the customer approval of invoices prior to their automatic payment. Their can be a deadline for that approval, however I think we need to see them first. When mine was processed I didn't realize it was autopay and it went on the wrong payment method. UpCounsel responded immediately to my question and assisted in my revising the payment type to what I needed.”
