“Four months ago I used USCrimeData.com to try and get information about a dear friend that's been ill. I then got ill and have not been able to function well. I noticed today that my credit card was being charged a monthly fee. I contacted them and after a short explanation to them, they volunteered to refund the 3 months of charges in full! It's very refreshing to find a company that actually are honest and has good business ethics! Kudo's to you USCrimeData!”

“Although I found out about USCrimeData from an unauthorized charge in my bank account, after speaking to an agent, they were very helpful in helping me understand their company, what the site offers, etc. They were even happy to cancel the account and refund me! They made a horrible situation easier and pleasant. Thanks!!”
