“Superb service from Valuestores
I bought a SpiderBox 6000HD from Valuestores via Amazon for a VERY good price.
The unit was dead on arrival, but I didn't realise until after the normal 7 day return period as it took a few days before I was ready to set it up.
I contacted the seller directly via their website and service was superb. After getting me to do some basic checks, the seller shipped me a replacement with a prepaid return bag in the package without quibble.
Excellent service, will use again.
