“They scammed me out of money and as far as I know my book because they will not talk to me about it. They had me on speaker phone and a whole room of people laughed at me when I ask for a refund.”

“After one year and three months I do NOT have an error free book with an ISBN number and have been disappointed in customer service for their inefficiency and lack of communication. I have spent over $5000 and have made $55 in sales. They have failed to fulfill their contracts, especially their expensive book promo contract that promised to sell 500 to 800 of my books or get my money back. I will let you know if this ever changes.”
