Absolutely shocking seller on Amazon. I ordered intensive care food for a ferret who is struggling to eat kibble, he needed a high density soft food. The wrong item was sent, and then instead of sending the correct item immediately the company decided to request a picture of what had been sent, and then to just refund me which can take upto 5 days, not to mention the 3 days it takes from ordering to being delivered. Vetsend just just condemned my ferret to death. Entirely unacceptable behaviour from a company who clearly doesn't care about an animals welfare. I am disabled and on universal credit, we are 2 days away from pay day and I cannot arrange anything until then as I simply don't have any money left. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and in good conscience I hope you read this before ordering anything from them.

I have repeatedly asked for an order to be cancelled as found cheaper elsewhere. Emails unanswered and phone line doesnt take calls. Will never use again and advise others not to

B Complex on order for a week, they use Yodel to deliver. It was for a critically ill cat the delivery company they use failed to deliver twice, despite my being at home all day waiting and looking after Oscar, leaving no card. This was even after the previous day my emailing after the driver had knocked briefly leaving me to answer the door to nobody, my neighbour telling me it had been a medipet deliveryman (Yodel), and asking if he had left it because the driver had not even spoken to him, and as stated he left no card with details so you cannot contact Yodel who have an option system that just leaves you disconnected. Yodel apparently are incapable of delivering.

I ordered some food from your website on 24th august I still haven’t received this. I phoned your customer services last Wednesday and asked where it was the woman was totally unprofessional and said she didn’t know why it hasn’t been sent yet I said can it please be ensured to leave today and she said erm it probably will be I said no it needs to I am out of food she said erm ok. No sorry no nothing and now I still haven’t received it!! My dog has NO FOOD! I will never use you again. Awful customer service awful delivery. Your website said it will be shipped next day. It wasn’t shipped for over a week and still not here!!!! Dreadful. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and my food which was £85 still isn’t here. Had no problem taking my money though.

Ok. They had stock others didn’t but their pre-delivery process was slow and emails were all over the place. I’d recommend if you’re not in a hurry.
