“I am writing to confirm how me and my ministry also had a terrible experience with Videoprofs and have now been almost going on 2 years of dealing with them since Jan 2021. I was excited to have a 2D animated video to go along with my own original written song for our ministry. Went through months and months and never recieved video, lots of back and forth between a Greg Adams, Mike Collins, Sean Wolf and Linda Gray person to person throughout the project. Had to pay even extra after initial $4000.00 to a total of $5440.00. Because took so long All we wanted was a refund for we are a small ministry and that was a lot of money to give. I have written many reviews on Trustpilot for the past year and still have not received nothing from them. I was glad to see that others had put the truth out there, they run a good scam and unfortunate as well to see other have been through the same even after I have. We need to get this company off Google and every other platform, they should not be able to do this to anyone else. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!”

“Got scammed for $295.000 They said I did not respond to their email. I went on vacation and immediately contacted them as soon as I arrived. Was ignored for a whole month, then suddenly they come back and ask me for more money without even giving me any art proof of the amount I already paid.”

“I was a little hesitant to hire a company for our new animation design. Video Profs was referred to me by our brand management professional (because he had worked with them on several branding projects). I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and creativeness of the service I received. Not only was the quality of work top-notch but the timeliness and communication exceeded my expectations. “We wanted a video for our cattle ranch and chose Video Profs based upon the reviews I had read. Now that I have a video that I am in love with, I can confidently say that Video Profs does what it says it will - design videos that you are satisfied with - all in a reasonable time and great price. Our particular video took only 3 revisions and from start to finish I had a video I was very happy with in under a week. There were no delays, no games, no gimmicks. I highly recommend Video Profs, and have already referred them to my friends and family.”
