“ Kit delivered was not as advertised. However the return was easy and I wait the refund. The first time I used Vipa Parts the service was excellent. ”

“ Despite inputting my registration number, the wiper blades did not fit my car. The returns process was pretty simple to follow and I have had confirmation of receipt however I am still awaiting my refund, which should usually take 3-5 days but they have advised 14 days for some reason. ”

“ Really not happy with this company. It looks like I have received the wrong wiper blades and I'm unable to get on touch with Vipa. They are not answering their telephone and my emails are just bouncing back. I just want to know how to return them for a refund. Terrible customer service. ”

“ Order delivered quickly but missing two wiper blades. Attempts to contact them by email (3x) failed. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. Not looking good! If no response, will get credit card refund. Pity, as the initial delivery was quick. ”

Still no reply from over 2 weeks ago and havnt responded to my request for a refund. In fact, is there anybody out there at Vipa?????????????????????? ”

“ I’m not happy at all none off my wipers fit! The front ones are too big and overhang the windscreen and the rear wiper doesn’t fit onto the wiper arm, I have emailed you 3 times and have no response as of yet for how to return them and get a full refund ”
