I used the online ‘check your reg’ tool to find the right wipers for my car but they didn’t fit. I email the help@ address to ask for info on how to change/return them and they didn’t reply. I phoned the number on the website and it was never answered. I did manage to find a returns process buried on the website.

Despite inputting my registration number, the wiper blades did not fit my car. The returns process was pretty simple to follow and I have had confirmation of receipt however I am still awaiting my refund, which should usually take 3-5 days but they have advised 14 days for some reason.
