“I'll add the same. Service was fine and they made some minor changes at the back end of 2024. Now nothing. No response on business WatsApp or phone number or responses from emails sent to multiple people since the start of 2025. We will now be reporting them to the trading standards.”

“We have a private Investigator and Interpol tracking these criminals . They have stolen millions of dollars from clients. There website is not active anymore but.they have.many more Websites to avoid . “Interesting pattern in the reviews. 10 months ago, they were fairly positive. More recently—terrible including my project. Has any found a method to get a partial refund? I at least need my domain back.”

“I had several interviews with this company for a position I was excited about. However, after the final interview, I was informed that the position was on hold and there is no response. While I understand that circumstances can change, I was disappointed that I invested a lot of time and effort into the interview process only to be left uncertain about the status of the position. I hope the company can communicate more clearly with potential candidates in the future.”

“Unfortunately, I must share a disappointing experience. I lost 4000£ to Visionary web designs and it appears they operate as scammers. Communication ceased post-payment, and the services promised were never delivered. Caution is advised when dealing with visionary web designs to prevent others from falling victim to potential fraudulent activities.”

“Avoid this company and save your money because they will offer no refund even when their own terms and conditions state so. Unprofessional, incompetent and a total waste of your time and money. Bobby will contact you several times to convince you to work with him, then once you have signed the contract and paid your deposit, if you dare to complain because of shoddy work, he will stop communicating and keep your deposit. Will never work with Bemunchie Online again. AVOID THEM AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS.”

“Visionary Web Designs is a scam company that preys on unsuspecting businesses. I hired them to create a website for my new business, and it was a complete disaster. The website they delivered was not only poorly designed and buggy, but it was also completely ineffective at generating leads or sales. I lost a lot of potential customers because of their incompetence. When I tried to get Visionary Web Design to fix the problems with the website, they simply ignored me. They were clearly not interested in helping me, and they were only interested in taking my money. I am now out thousands of dollars, and I have a website that is completely useless. I would warn everyone to stay away from Visionary Web Designs”

“"WORST WEB DESIGN COMPANY EVER!!! We got them them to develop website for one of our companies . They charged us £3000 for the complete website and took a long time to complete the project. We had to upload a new page on the website and we asked them if they can help us to do that and they asked us to pay £2000 for just adding one home page. We got some other developers to work on the project and they didn't like it. Just because they were not happy with us taking business to other developers they took our site down and deleted all our backups"”

“I would not recommend dealing with this company like a previous review said they lie all the time. They built my website, then sold the exact copy to another shoe website. Once this happened I contacted many other people unhappy with their service, I tried to move my website away from them but found it would be very costly to do so. Most of these reviews are from members of staff. Don't waste your money with this company.”

“This is a scam company that uses call centres in India and the Uk to de-fraud people . They have many company names like Visionary Web Designs , Astros Digital LLC, Astrosdigital.co.uk . They use fake names , re routed teoephone numbers and no fixed location , BEWARE , we were scammed along with thousands of other people for thousands of dollars for a website that never got done and they strung us along for nearly 14 months”

“This company is a FRAUD and SCAMMER do not buy any packages, I spent over £4k for the elite packages and received a basic website and not the high specification one that I was promised. A 6 month project took over a year, the site still has coding errors and the optimization is poor as the website is badly structured and poorly coded. They could not provide the latest interface that I was promised. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING, there is no office or ACCESS TO SENIOR DIRECTORS to resolve issues. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!”
