No returns, only store credit. Was not able to use the products, the scents and ingredients were to too strong for me, have sensitivity issues with smells and ingredients, and was sick for several days after using several of the products. Be aware of the return policy when ordering especially when you have to order a certain dollar amount for free delivery and you end up spending over $80 with no refunds.

The items were never delivered. It is very difficulty to get help from this company. You have to deal with a bot who gives canned responses. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I will now have to put a claim in with my credit card company. Even asking questions like was your delivery on time shows how short sighted this company is when the item was ever delivered.

Oils have not used a lot yet, but had one bottle leak first contact to company via email was with in my 2 weeks from delivery, heard no response so did 3 more times, got response to go to a web site online I did, last transaction with them was sorry past your 2 week period so we will not replace it’s been almost two months one of my oils leaked so I wanted replacement so bad will have to go farther up the line, I just noticed a lot of people have same problem I will no longer order from this company, hopefully product does not make me sick like others.
