“ When I emailed customer service asking about the link and shipping they responded with a new tracking number but also unsolicited advice to be “more patient”! It was a bit odd, since I was perfectly straight forward in my request for shipping information, and used no words of being mad or upset (because I wasn’t), yet the customer service person seemed to think I was being impatient? lol! Anyway it arrived a day or so later and I am happy with the product and glad I could get it at a lower price and equivalent quality to Berkey. ”
