“With Web Design Glory, we at International Crystal Exchange (ICE) finally have found a company that can give us a nice, user friendly web site with a shopping cart. “I am not having a great experience. I have held out on writing a review with hopes that things would get better but it has not. Initially, Web Design was very attentive and swift with responses. Now they ignore emails and do not respond to inquires. My site is currently down and I have not heard from my account representative. I would not recommend Web Design Glory. I contacted Web Design Glory and they stated my website would be down for 24 hours for regularly scheduled maintenance. I could not believe this. Terrible, terrible, service.”

“Jack, at Web Design Glory, took over my account a month or so ago and I am already relieved to have moved on from my previous service provider. Jack and his team are very timely with both communication and execution of website changes. They are eager to get feedback and I can tell their goal is to assist with troubling you as little as possible. It is refreshing to be involved with organized professionals and I look forward to continuing to use their services for website maintenance and beyond.”

“Horrible experience. They built a website for me and a few month later deactivated it and demanded more money. They said it was taken down for ADA compliance by Google. After doing research, Google nor any other host deactivated websites due to ada compliance. This company purposely deactivated it and is demanding money to reactivate it.”
