Due to unforeseen circumstances, the project lead changed near the end of the website development, and the new lead Jack W was extremely engaged and understood what I was looking for to wrap up the project. I was fortunate that the handoff went so smoothly! Moreover, Jack W went above and beyond in helping me figure out why my website initially had an SSL error and provided me with the info I needed to engage with the hosting platform to get the situation resolved.
