“Scammers! Absolutely stay away. They just tried to extort me for 7k after I cancelled my account over a year ago. IF ANYONE WANTS TO TAKE THEM TO COURT WITH ME LET ME KNOW!”

“I had them build a website for my small business. They kept adding to the cost saying I needed this service and that service. Then after I finally had paid for all of the extras they claimed I needed, (over $7k) then less than a year later they sent me a fake document saying that my website was not in compliance with ADA. I researched this and spoke to a reputable website designer I had gotten to know in recent months and he confirmed there is no such certificate required as they said there was. They demanded another $2,200 from me. I refused to pay it so they took my website down. I can't believe I was scammed by these people. Please don't ever use them.”

“Wasted $10,000 over such a scam company. They overcharged for every item, once I told them I want a refund, they stopped answering. Their staff is always hard to answer phones and once they do, they're rude as hell. After I filed a chargeback, they sent fake products to the credit card processor stating that they delivered. One of the worst experiences I had with a design company.”

“This company is professional scammers . They start a website for you and then demand more money . Once you stop paying them they then will tell you your website isn’t compliant and send you a fake government document . Our site has this on it now . They need to be shut down !”

“We have had a terrible experience with WebsiteProfs and i am positive that they wrote these other reviews. We were lied to several times during the creation process of our website. We were told it would take about a month and it has been over 6 months and all of the services still haven't been provided. it took over 50 calls and emails for them to create our website and we were met with poor customer service along the way. Many of our emails and calls went unanswered. We would often be transferred to a different department and our request still went unanswered. They often tried to up sale us on different packages when we called in, which felt like a scam to me. We also had to text a number in order to get a return phone call from them. There was no direct customer service phone number to call. Please don't us these people!!! They will overcharge you for service that you can find at a fraction of the cost.”

“In January (2021), I paid them $699 to build a website (that was supposed to be completed within 2weeks), plus $299 for website hosting. To this date (6/24/2021), my website has not been built and they refuse to reimburse me $998 for services they didn’t deliver. I have repeatedly made calls, sent text messages and emails requesting my money and they refuse to refund me. This company does not honor their own terms (at which I was supposed to be refunded when requested because they did not deliver the product as agreed). Do Not Do Business With This Company!!!!!!”
