“I have had the worst experience with this company. I paid for a logo and stationery in May. Several people left the company and my account was dropped. I had to follow up constantly. I just sent an email asking to please just send me something - they replied saying I needed to pay another $99 to get the logo in a format that was useable (.png). And didn't respond to my inquiry about the stationery part of the order. When I asked just now for help - their customer service rep, Joseph, said: "this concludes our discussion. If you still want the formats, you can have it by paying." I consider this very unprofessional. A huge waste of time and money.”

“We Craft Logo had a tough task when I told them that we needed a logo & visual identity for an investment management firm that was modern yet stable. It is quite an accomplishment in itself, that our team members (formerly with one of the largest investment companies in the world) are proud of the logo and the business cards. What a start for a start-up!”

“They did incredible work on my design. I needed a monogram for my wedding, and I was really slow to reply most of the time but they were patient and prompt. I'm excited to use this monogram in the future. Only thing I would suggest is that the website have more access to the log in button. I had some issues finding it.”

“Ashley carried the project through all of the challenges exceptionally. There are other design companies out there that are cheaper but you can never be certain in their ability to carry the project as expected. “We had an urgent deadline for when we needed to launch our business and We Craft Logo were able to deliver a top-quality website design ahead of schedule. The new website is looking great and we could not be happier with the final outcome. “I have worked with many different logo design companies in all shapes, sizes, and prices. This is my 2nd logo with We Craft Logo and both times I have been satisfied with the quality of the logo, the customer service, and communication speed. I will be doing a 3rd logo with them soon and won't even consider other companies to work with. Way to go We Craft Logo!”

“Have you ever come across a website so dull that you close it right away? Well, that was my website now that I think of it. At one point even I hated it and thought of getting rid of it. That’s when my friend (God bless him for this) suggested me to consult We Craft Logo. I was amazed at how my dull website was brought back to life by professionals at We Craft Logo. “My website never appeared when searched on Google. I was really worried about my website traffic as it was continuously decreasing. I came across We Craft Logo and their digital marketing solutions and my business has kept flourishing since. The search engine optimization that We Craft Logo does is out of the box. “I had a vision of our logo, but I didn't have the designing skills to formulate it. After much searching, I decided on We Craft Logo. I'm so glad I did. At a reasonable price, they led us through every step, asked questions we hadn't thought of, and gave us a logo we are proud of. I would absolutely recommend We Craft Logo and will use them for any future logos we need!”
