Had a problem with delivery and cancelled last thing on Friday I travel with work so didn’t have time to source other products.
Asked to move delivery with same products to following week for ease and refund was provided promptly but inconvenient.
Then sent a review for the order that didn’t arrive, it’s a shame.

The delivery got cancelled the day before it was due.. very disappointed. Refund was given but just a standard email.. we've got problems and have cancelled your order.. not impressed. Luckily got a delivery from Ocado. Will not use Wellocks again.. which is a shame because the quality has been good but can't be let down the day before.

First order I placed was excellent and delivered on time. Second order was placed and a delivery scheduled failed to turn up. Wellocks sent me a mail on the afternoon of the delivery date to say they are having problems with their distribution and would just offer a refund. Not sure I would use again based on their unreliability.

I am very disappointed that that your business model has proved not to be fit for purpose with the reopening of the hospitality trade. You have let down those who supported your business during the lockdowns. That said, if you restore “home services” I will consider continuing to use you.

During the first covid-19 lock down the service and produce was excellent. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the last few months, mouldy and bruised fruit and veg in boxes most weeks. Complained once and received a refund but who wants to keep complaining. When paying the price for quality you expect quality everytime. I have now cancelled my subscription.
