“Great bathroom hardware”

“the site does provide extremely valuable links to artisans that one could not otherwise know about. the only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that the messaging between me as the buyer and the artisan is somewhat clunky since it has to go through Wescover's web site each time. I had difficulty attaching several drawings to send back to my artisan but I did get help from the Wescover help desk and was able to do it. I suggest your technical team review the interface between end users and the artisans with an eye to making this interface even smoother than it is. Overall, a very good experience with Wescover and my artisan.”

“I love my pillows!! I expected that they would be bigger though. They are the size of a throw pillow rather that a large pillow. The pictures made it look like they would be larger, especially for the $75 price tag. Don’t get me wrong I do love them. I got blush and rust.”

“The pillow covers are smaller than pictured. They are not EURO sham size. I was able to work with a standard pillow case and move it around to cover the edges. They are pretty, the do arrive with the smell of wool, I will keep the pillow covers but they are not EURO sized, the picture they advertise, makes the covers seem big, and they are not.”

“Had never used Wescover before. Solid platform. Was a little frustrating the lack of stuff they allowed us to share to coordinate delivery e.g phone number for delivery call.”
