“Only way to cancel is to call them. There is no way to cancel in advance. I made the mistake of taking their 50% offer and then forgot to call them for cancellation. I realised when i was away from the country and had to wait to come back to country to call them else i would have wasted monthly fee in calling them from abroad. They don't send any email about any change in the monthly charges nor you get a monthly statement. A company which reviews others should review itself on their options about cancellation and how they keep their customers updated!”
