“It's the customer service for me! I accidentally selected the wrong shipping option and I called the customer service line right then and there. They rectified the situation by updating my shipping at no additional cost. When I say my hats came THE NEXT DAY, I was amazed. The hats are exactly as described in the picture and they're beautiful. I purchased the Solid Polyester Mesh Trucker Hats in the colors Black, White & Hot Pink. I didn't utilize the customization option this time but I'm looking forward to doing so with my next purchase. Wholesale Hats will be my main & only supplier for my brand Backwood Barbie! I'm overly excited to continue our relationship. THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”
