I ordered hats for a side hustle and never recieved them. The art approval process was never completed and no one reached out from the company to refund my money. I spent $300ish on nothing :/

Ordered hats in July. Had to finally cancel the order in September because they were "out of stock" and "expected soon". Very frustrated!

I’ve purchased from Wholesalehats before. I enjoyed the product immensely. However, this recent purchase the color did not work well with the garment I was pairing it with so I had to return the hats. Wholesalehats penalizes buyers by charging a RE-stocking fee for returns unless you make another order. I won’t go this experience again. I will not purchase from you again.

Ive only received half my order, I spoke to someone and they said they would ship the other color i ordered since they had them in stock and I havnt received those either.

Would not recommend. Sent me the wrong order and it’s been 5 days. 3 phone calls and 2 emails later and I still have yet to receive any help.

I am very disappointed in my hats. The logo is way too big and way too high up on the hats. The ordering was easy, and the customer service was good... I am just not happy with the product at all.

I DON'T. They are not the right hats, I ordered hats with a white front panel and the rest of the hat black black. I got an all black hat. Not happy. I better hear from somebody by tomorrow or I will cancel the order on my credit card.

I sent an email requesting to cancel my order right after I made my order and never heard back. Recurved the order yesterday so now I’m stuck with it and out the money.
