We ordered Columbia Blue with navy trim. We received Navy Blue with khaki trim. This was very disappointing considering that we were not able to exchange the color in time. I will be returning the hats since we cannot use them.

We were not happy with the style of hat we chose and when tried to return them and order a different style I was told we were over their 7 day return policy and the lady was extremely short almost to the rude stage and hung up on us. Will be finding another company to purchase from.

I’m intrigued that you are asking for a review of an item you haven’t shipped to me yet. I understand delays but this seems in poor taste. I hope they are great, only if they would show up...

This company sells items that are out of stock, and then waits 5 days to notify you. I even emailed to confirm that the items were at least in stock, and after being told yes, my order was cancelled for being out of stock.

First, I should have searched their whole site for the cancellation policy (which because of its content I feel should be front and center on the home page) because you pay before submitting the order which should have been the first red flag; that's on me, MY BAD. The second red flag should have been that unlike most every other embroidering site that allows you to create your own wording, font choice, be able to change font, color, size, etc. all on their site for no charge; this one doesn't. They have three blank boxes you fill in, a font choice which isn't shown when you fill in the space, you just see block letters and then submit. Now mind you, you can't submit it until you pay for the whole order after which you're sent an email sample to confirm or change anything but you've already screwed yourself if you want out. Who in their right mind though would expect a $25 or 25% (whichever is greater) cancellation fee. To me that's about as close to extortion as you can legally get. Through their magnanimous offer though I got a reduced 15% fee. On a $450.76 order I was charged $60.26 (still way more than a $25 fee) for some office or warehouse worker to return 48 caps to a bin that probably took all of 20 minutes. I can only comment on what I feel is a really bad business plan because that was my experience. How their product quality or product service after the sale is I don't know because I didn't purchase from them. So as I said in the title box; if you do business with this company MAKE VERY SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT otherwise be prepared to bend over and grab your ankles. The photo is of the computer generated sample I was charged $60 for. Tip for consumers: Stay away unless you're absolutely sure of what you want. There are many other consumer/user friendly embroidering companies out there who won't take advantage of or hold you hostage to get money for nothing from you.

Order# 82641 -ordered 72 caps Jan 10 2021 -Jan 12 got tracking number and caps shipped. Didn’t receive all of my caps so I called back to check on where the other caps were because the tracking number I had, displayed product arrived. Never was given a second tracking number until I called back for it. Ok since they ship from other locations got it. But at least give the consumer the tracking number and notify them that there will be several tracking numbers. Called back and mentioned I still haven’t received my other 12 caps and was given another excuse of I will get the tracking number to you. Still didn’t get it so I called back and asked what was going on with my shipment and then was notified the system was down so I said okay cool whatever, system is down I will just call back. The next day called back and was told the system was down again for the 2nd day in a row. Now at this point I feel I’m getting the run around because every day it’s a new excuse. While on the phone she explained she would email or call me with my tracking number. Still haven’t received 23 Jan 2021. I called this morning and asked where my hats where and was told the lady wasn’t in and that they would relay my message to her. I also asked for another number to express my concern to about my 12 caps and was given 760-772-5544. I called that number and was told she would pass my message on after verifying my name, number, and email. I still haven’t received a call back. However, the lady did say I would receive a call back today. Will update once that happen. Although the quality of caps are really nice, this will be my last time purchasing with this business if this is the kind of customer service you get.

Service was horrible! I ordered 36 hats for one of my clients in July didn’t get my order until December lost a lot of business do to this. Heads up anybody ordering call before and see if your product will be held up 5 months of “back order” it will set u back if you don’t.

The accounts payable department is horrible. Have always had payment issues when we ordered fleece jackets, so we stopped ordering the jackets. Would not have ordered the hats if I had known our rep would have used this company. Same ordeal, call with the threat of past due account and collections we we had already paid and the checked had cleared. Hats are fine but way to many good companies to work with who can manage their invoicing and payables better.

Uncomfortable to wear, WAY too thick to breath in. I bought a dozen at a premium price because they didn't sell them in single quantities. We've stopped wearing these altogether.

Horrible. The hats are good but I ordered these hats 3 months ago, still haven't received them. Pretty ballsy asking someone to review something they haven't even received yet. This is the 2nd time ordering from them and the first one was late too(should of known). Hoping this gets to someone who can help me understand why my order is taking so long and why they think its good business practice to send a review on items I haven't gotten yet. 2/10

the representative was incredibly rude. Didn't even give me a chance to explain my logo direction. ended up canceling the order.
