We understand your concern about the mixing consistency of our product and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are continuously working on improving our formula and ensuring a smoother mixing experience.
A good tip is to always put the water in first then add the powder as this should help smooth out the texture. You could also try mixing with a plant based milk instead of water to see if that improves the texture to be more suited to your liking.
