“Lovely photo frame, came well protected for delivery or so I thought. The black Wingfield Digby box had a tear in it as though it had been crushed at some stage. I needed the frame and its box for a gift the following day so had to give the damaged box. I would have contacted WD for a replacement if I had had sufficient time. I am surprised the damage wasn't noticed by the packer/ dispatcher.”
