Terrible service. On 18/9, I was informed my order could not be met due to being 'sold out and discontinued' - clearly a contract that would never be completed. Winstanleys then opted to retain my refund for nearly a month until (I) had to contact them to 'ask' for it back on 10/10; No apology for the retention. Disgusting.

Seems normal looking at other reviews which I wish I had read first! I ordered an item by mistake and filled in online request form but got no response and phoned and never got answered and so rather than risking return and no refund I'll swap with my local bike repairer. This company shouldn't be in business and seems a professional scam!

Ordered a bicycle for my daughters birthday. They took payment, stated it would be delivered within a week and then emailed to confirm the order a day later. 2 days later received an email confirming it was out of stock and would be 3 months. It's 2024, you should not be taking payment for stock you don't have. Probably have to wait a week for my refund now too! Avoid

After sending an email which took several days to respond to state no pedals in box and the issues I had , I get offered a free set of pedals for my inconvenience or the money back it cost to get the bike fixed, after accepting the money back they tell me I have to call them to process the refund.

Ordered bike bag, Not delivered. Sent email instant reply to say sorry. Then nothing, sent a further 3 emails, no reply. Avoid at all costs, use the other bike companies. Hopefully I'll get my refund as I ordered through PayPal.

So annoyed ordered a bike in advance for Christmas (October) was told it would be dispatched 5-7 days, but after numerous phone calls an emails changing the date of delivery over 8 weeks an still no bike with no date of delivery! Order came but my bike wasn’t on it! I rang on many occasions an no answer! Still states on website 5-7days (lie) They gave me a full refund but now with 3 weeks till Christmas I’m having to now look for another bike else where which isn’t going to be an easy task! Feeling very let down.

I cannot stress enough… AVOID THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!! messed around, lost items, lies, caused me so much stress and wasted time. Took over a month to get a refund.

the birthday present bike arrived with no saddle(where as I accept that the manufacturer did not box it to begin with,Winstanleys washed there hands of it,there was no urgency for them to sort out and now nearly 3 weeks later with the wrong replacement saddle sent after 2 weeks from the manufacturer and even tho Winstanleys are still advertising that the bike is in stock all of the sudden the bike is not available and I will have to have a refund,my 5 year old daughter is going to be so upset.

No contact on phone number, no contact on email. Ordered a helmet for £149.99 2 months ago. Can't get a refund!!! My advice is stop else where.
