Terrible service. On 18/9, I was informed my order could not be met due to being 'sold out and discontinued' - clearly a contract that would never be completed. Winstanleys then opted to retain my refund for nearly a month until (I) had to contact them to 'ask' for it back on 10/10;
No apology for the retention. Disgusting.

Trying to chase up an order that I haven't recieved. Recorded by royal mail as delivered but I haven't received it. No one will answer the phone or reply to email at winstanley bikes. Poor customer service. Very stressful and disappointing experience.

Awfull service, ordered a t shirt for my lads 16th no reply, I emailed them, finally got a reply saying its out of stock, not sure when it's back in, trying to get my money back with no response of them.

I've ordered a expensive 600 pounds axs dropper post , I thought I would ring them to find out how long it would take to get to me , after the phone was left ringing for a long time I got through and were very helpful, so I thought .
Yes sir we will find out and ring you back , this didn't happen so I rang again ,different person on the phone again lovely to talk to and again said they would ring me back ,I'm still waiting the following day and still no news on my dropper . Poor service guys 🙄

Over £3000 bike unridable as spacer for front wheel missing. After saying they would order and send the part I have heard nothing. They ignore all the chasing emails I have sent and the phone line is dead. Awful, ignorant customer service. My advice is to buy elsewhere.

Terrible experience, delayed delivery ,e bike eventually arrived with seriously damaged packaging, broken bike part, missing pedals, key and charger. Phone line out of service and no reply to earlier email or todays email. Very very worried about this company.

"DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM WINSTANLEYS" absolutely shocking service.....they don't want anything to do with you if you have a problem....I'll never buy a bike online again. They don't answer the phone and blame Covid and don't answer emails.
