“Your team has been nothing but professional courteous kind and has great product knowledge. I got sepsis in 2018 and was rushed to the hospital and lost both of my legs in the usage of my left hand. Obviously the amount of pain medicine and antibiotics killed my testosterone I was as if I was a 95 year old man. You guys with your product have helped me to get back on my feet literally I now have prosthetic legs I am building the strength throughout my body so if I fall I can pick myself up I'm building the strength of my left hand so I can start to slowly but surely open it and close it and utilize it your product has made a huge change in my life and I will never forget you guys and I appreciate it. As far as you guys being professional I've never had anybody in this industry be as professional courteous and knowledgeable as your team. Also everything you guys say you're going to do you do it. You also do it in the timetable that you say or even quicker. My only concern at this point is that I got some product from you last time around and I will never buy anything that's not from the United States again, and the product is clumpy and thick and it won't shake up it looks like it's muddy I can't tell I took pictures and sent it to you guys. I got a kind person to respond but the response was to the product you guys sent me by mistake if it was safe to take that. I'm not concerned about the product you sent me by mistake I'm concerned about this product if it's safe to use it I did take one shot originally of the first bottle and nothing happened to me. I open the second bottle from the same manufacturer and it looked the same so at that point I was in the middle of ordering stuff so I asked the question actually it was the first day that I started to communication with you guys which was probably a 5-day back and forth communication because there was different problems that popped up with your website which had nothing to do with your professionalism it was just bad timing on my part and trying to get stuff ordered. So if someone could please respond to that email and let me know if it's safe to use that product that I sent you a picture of that would be wonderful.
