“They tried a bait and switch on pricing, advertising $2,500 for two in a birth then bumping it up to $9,000 for a fancier room. They advertised they had several left at the cheaper price. They emailed me to send them $9,000 like it was twenty bucks more. Insensitive and inefficient. Zero stars.”
