“Avoid them seriously, they have left me in an awful situation. I ordered a dress online paid for priority delivery. The wedding is literally tomorrow and it still hasn't arrived. Im fuming seriously, then i get an email saying ' your refund has been processed ' , it hasnt at all. The clothes might look nice online but seriously avoid them.”
“The only online clothing retailer that I have to repeatedly chase for a refund for returned items. Still waiting for a refund from an order dated 30th March! Will never order again! Shame as they have some nice stuff but I have now lost all confidence! I’ve sent several emails and not had a single response and no one answers the phone! Avoid!”
“Very poor service. Make it almost impossible to return anything. Customer care never answer if they do, they never get back in touch when they say they will stating they are too busy. Be very careful or in actual fact avoid at all costs! Quality of clothes is also NOT worth the price.”
