Thank you for providing your feedback. We understand that there are exceptional circumstances which may lead to cancelling a shift, as stated these are exempt from our cancellation policy. As discussed with you already over the phone, we made the difficult decision to remove you from the platform as you cancelled every shift that you booked with us this year at short notice. Our pharmacies rely on locums to maintain their essential services to the community and it can be very difficult and costly to find a replacement last minute.
