“I find the process pretty easy and customer service is very responsive. My only complaint is I find the dosing a little confusing. The chart on the website is different than the directions with the medication and the labeling is unclear (when my dose increases, it doesn’t look like the actual medication changed, just the amount injected but the wording makes it seem like the strength of the actual medication changes. Also, it was doubled as opposed to going up in increments of 10). Overall, happy with ZipHealth.”
