“In less than two months I already lost 23lbs! For those starting now, please and I mean, please... Try to eat something even though you are not hungry. Avoid sugar, anything with sugar, grains otherwise you will get nauseous pretty bad. Try to have all the salad you want! All the fruit you want! The more fiber you eat the better compounded will work.”
