“The staff there are amazing. They are so friendly and kind. They help you with your form and they are great at giving you modifications if needed. They make the classes different each and every time. The music is amazing as well. The facility is always clean and the bathrooms have extras like hair ties, deodorant spray, pads and listerine. Which is great just it case you leave stuff behind. I’ve been going for a month and I have toned up my arms and legs. I feel a lot stronger. I absolutely love this place.”
