“Bought SPX4600 pressure washer about a year and a half ago. Works great. Even more impressed with customer service. In the big "Texas freeze" of 2021, my unit was in the garage and the residual water froze, cracking the pump housing. I called to see if I could buy a pump and, if not, then I would buy another unit. I explained it was not a warranty issue but to my pleasant surprise, they sent me a completely new unit and even paid shipping to return the old unit. Got it in about 4 days. It is my only purchase but I will look to them for other equipment in future.”
