Good day I have booked at Protea Hotel by Mariot in Rooedepoort for the 8th-9th of September 2018. I just want to know that are they taking the full amount at once or deposit first? If I want to order dinner, do I book now or when I get there?

Hello We are arriving at your lodge on Thursday of this week and will be staying 2 nights; total of 4 guests in our party. Is there any way we can arrange for a balloon trip? We would really like to do this. In addition it would be nice to do some horseback riding If I read your brochure correctly you have both internet and air conditioning.
