I have to take paid leave to make sure i am home during the delivery slot time, the company i bought the goods from(Wayfair) are well aware of the awful service via this company i have received so Iwont use them again, at the moment i am out of pocket by£200 as wayfair will not refund me until they have located the goods.

Worst company in the world delivered my item even though I was waiting on a refund.
Took a month to pick them back up and instead on having my refund they redelivered my parcel been 2 months still ongoing
Left it outside in a puddle in the rain also

no phone call so I had to call to follow up only to find the packages had went missing! Item is now out of stock so will just get a refund.

The consignment was damaged, the driver would not allow me to inspect the consignment, he signed my name when I refused to accept delivery, rude aggressive driver with zero customer service, items will be returned for refund due to choice of courier.
