I have placed 2 orders with this company and both have been refunded. If they are selling a product but don't full fill the order it's a waste of time. Why adervertise something you are not selling. I order all over and I a item I buy it and it comes that's a service

Very pleasantly surprised with the unexpected friendly contact to confirm i'd ordered the correct sensor for my car and then a follow to check it had worked and solved the fault - which it had! Will use again if needed!

Honestly can’t complain with the service or part. Everywhere telling me dealer part only or unavailable and a quick search on website found my part number equivalent. Fitted sensor - direct replacement and so far so good! Thanks

The first time he sent me a malfunctioning headlight module. he will ask me to put the non-functioning module in water and take pictures of the evidence that I destroyed it. After I did what he asked, he sent me a second module which also doesn't work. He will ask to do the same as the first time and send photos as proof and he will make a refund. After I sent the photos on the next day I emailed and asked is the pictures ok to get refund, he do not reply, on the next day I did same again, but he do not reply again. Next day I call to PayPal and open case to get refund. When I open the case, seller asks to return both items if I want to get refund, he asking to return items which was destroyed by he's request. Terrible service highly do not recommend buy from them I spend 5 months to dealing with them and still can't get money back, because PayPal asking provide return tracking for items which was destroyed.After this act of his, I wrote several negative reviews about his dishonesty. Now he demands that I delete the feedback if I want my money back for the non-working electronics he sent to me. 28/04/24 PS. In the end these fraudsters made £120 from me for worthless non-functional items that I destroyed at their request and thoughtlessly just didn't keep, and I couldn't give to PayPal tracking number and I lost the case without getting my money back and without the product I was hoping to buy

Had both items in stock at a fair price. And the info they have regarding the fault codes is very helpful and gives you confidence when buying. And a good quick delivery.
