“Hello. This projector seemed to be minimally good, however, it has problems with WI-FI and BLUETOOTH. After almost a year of complaining to XGODY, the support team sent me firmware to correct the errors. All instructions were followed faithfully, however my projector stopped working, it turns on but no image appears. I have been trying hard to contact the Xgody team but without success. The projector does not have a reset button and did not have any feature to return to the factory firmware. The Xgody team has been ignoring all my emails. They NEVER respond. RESULT MY PROJECTOR WENT TO THE SCRAP. So I warn everyone, DO NOT BUY THIS PROJECTOR, IT HAS FLAWS AND IF YOU TRY TO UPDATE IT WILL TURN IT INTO SCRAP. I have sent dozens of emails to xgody support but they NEVER respond or ignore me. DO NOT BUY.”
