Where should a model write to get support about an ultimate user’s review disappearing and also was not able to review 2nd or 3rd sessions?

Why would it not only not let me review a model from our session, but remove the first review from our session on May 5, 2026? It was a positive review and the model was confused about why this would happen as well. It kept two bad reviews but removed my positive review and wouldn’t let me add another positive review. Is there any way I can add at least one positive review?
