“I'll start off with that I love the poco series of phones, had several of them.
I ordered one for my sons Xmas present over black Friday. The item went missing, stolen by the courier with no evidence of delivery etc.
I don't blame xiaomi for this, but I do blame them for the horrendous service there afterwards.
I provided all the information required, including the fake images provided by the courier.
A month later and now very close to Xmas, I've had to continually chase them, finally told they would issue a new device, still not arrived, I then chase again, to be told it's now out of stock and can't have one.
This was only advised after I kept chasing as they even provided me with a tracking number for the replacement phone which never existed.
I'm still waiting for the refund, which is the black Friday price do can't find any deals now this close to Xmas. Missed my chance of getting a phone like this for my son unless I pay way more money. Terrible service, terrible company. Shame as the phones are amazing value for money.”

On contacting Xiamoi UK they said that a jiffy bag will be sent to return item for repair/replace, after over a month of contacting and their replys appear cut and paste and still no jiffy bag received to return. I have lost all faith in their service, customer care is appalling so customer beware if have a fault and hoping for a quick solution”

“Bought a Xiaomi 13tpro in the official store in Westfield mall in London UK less than a year ago. Phone got some issues with battery and camera recently so I've tried to activate the 2 year international warranty that the store provided me after sale. That store UK closed in the meantime, (suddenly?) and as far I'm aware is the only one In the country. The salesman in the official store told that If I had any issue I should contact Xiaomi via chat line and activate the warranty via there. He even told me I could use that warranty if I was in Portugal Spain France etc., cause was a international warranty. I've even paid extra to get that type of warranty. To my surprise I contacted the chat line, and they couldn't find my IMEI in the warranty system. They said that I should contact the store and work with them what happened, so they refused to repair my phone and leave me to repair at my own costs in a local repair point.
My point is, have i bought a fake phone in the original store? Was all a scam and that's why the store closed suddenly? The store is Closed for good, and is the only one in UK. Should I fly to another country and visit a shop to repair my phone? This is beyond belief.
According to EU or UK laws, I have the right of 1 to 2 years warranty, so this is clearly I breach of contract.”
