“ Items arrives damaged. Holes in and split down seam. No customer service, emails ignored. Slow delivery and slow to refund and sort issues. Avoid this UK based scam company ”

“ I placed an order as it stared " sent with 24 to 48 hours " when placed. I today contact them to be told " they are on pre order and delivery within 10 days" . At no where on the item page does it say this. I won't order again. Stay away. ”

“ Terrible. Made an order 14th Feb that's no recieved. Messaged their customer service 3 times since the 29 march and no reply. No order ever received. A quarter of a year just isn't an acceptable delivery schedule. ”

“ Worst customer service I have ever come across, ordered 1st Jan, still no delivery. They have updated me with a Hermes tracking number but Hermes are yet to receive the package from Xplosive Ape. Don't answer whatsapp calls and response to messages is ridiculously slow and no resolution. ”

“ After 7 working days I got in touch to ask what was the progress with my item, they said it takes 7 working days for it to be dispatched from their warehouse even though on their website it states Royal Mail delivery is 3-4 working days. ”
