“I bought a Gledhill emission heater element to replace on a Gledhill Cylinder, when the part arrived it was a not Gledhill part as advertised. I sent a mail to the supplier, however no reply. I tried to call the help line but the line is disconnected.
How are these companies allowed to do buiness on the internet. Obviously once they have sold the parts there is no support in case of any issues.”
